Standard terms of service and engineering engagement conditions governing CodexveTech (Pvt.) Ltd..
By accessing our website or engaging CodexveTech for custom software engineering, AI automation, or web development services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW).
CodexveTech provides technical consulting, custom software development, AI workflow automation, SaaS product engineering, and web development services. All client engagements are executed based on defined sprint milestones and specifications outlined in individual Statements of Work.
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, all custom source code, documentation, schema configurations, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the exclusive intellectual property of the client with zero vendor lock-in.
CodexveTech provides a post-launch bug-fix warranty period as specified in the client agreement. Ongoing maintenance, performance SLAs, and feature enhancements are available through our dedicated maintenance support plans.
